Description
The Human Resources Generalist provides comprehensive day-to-day HR support for assigned manufacturing and business operations at Habasit America. The role serves as the primary HR resource for non-exempt employees, supervisors, and department leaders, while providing backup support for exempt employees and leaders. Responsibilities span the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, HRIS administration, benefits and leave coordination, training, compliance, engagement, and workforce analytics. The position is full-time, exempt, and operates in both professional office and manufacturing environments.
