Hallcon is hiring an HR Generalist to serve as the primary HR representative for a line of business while supporting the Operations team across the United States and Canada. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the role covers employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management, investigations, workplace claims, policy and compliance auditing, recruitment and onboarding support, reporting, ADA accommodations, employee records, HR technology, and administrative projects. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or experience in lieu of the degree, along with at least three years of Human Resources or related experience.
