HARMAN is hiring a fixed-term HR Generalist to provide operational HR support across its Hungary locations in Pécs, Budapest, and Székesfehérvár. The role covers employee lifecycle administration, employee relations, recruitment for blue-collar positions, employer branding, HR reporting, HRIS administration, and local and global HR projects. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, strong communication and organizational skills, English working knowledge, and fluent Hungarian; at least two years of generalist HR experience is preferred. The position offers a hybrid arrangement with most office-based work onsite three days per week and an annual gross base salary of 6,714,000–9,847,200 Hungarian Forint.
