ICEYE is hiring a permanent, full-time HR Generalist in Valencia, Spain, reporting to the CEO. The role serves as the local HR point of contact for employees, handling onboarding and offboarding, individual employee cases, payroll data, HRIS records, local policies, third-party providers, engagement initiatives, and HR reporting. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3–4 years of generalist HR experience, knowledge of Spanish labor law, strong Spanish and English communication, analytical and emotional intelligence, and HRIS proficiency. The position follows a hybrid, office-first model and is subject to applicable security screening.
