Marksman Security is hiring an HR Generalist for its Atlanta branch to support the employee lifecycle of security officers. The role covers HR metrics, employee requests and grievances, labor-regulation compliance, investigations and disciplinary actions, corrective actions, policy development, employee records, and audits. Candidates should have a related bachelor's or master's degree preferred, at least two years of human resources experience, knowledge of labor laws, policy-review experience, strong computer and communication skills, and the ability to pass background and drug screening.
