MasterMold is hiring a bilingual Human Resources Generalist for its Mauston manufacturing team. The role is hands-on and covers recruiting and onboarding, employee relations, training and development, performance management, employment law and compliance, HR policies, reporting, and timekeeping and payroll support. The position requires fluency in English and Spanish, an associate degree in a related field, and strong communication, organizational, and HRIS skills; a bachelor's degree and five or more years of HR experience are preferred. The salary is $55,000–$65,000 per year, with a potentially higher starting salary based on experience and qualifications.
