Description
The HR Generalist supports the full scope of human resources functions, serving as the first point of contact for employees and managers. Responsibilities include onboarding and virtual orientations, maintaining employee records, handling employee relations and leave questions, supporting offboarding, responding to unemployment claims, and driving HR program improvements. The role requires an associate’s degree in human resources or a related field, or at least five years of human resources experience, along with knowledge of HR systems, strong customer service and analytical skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
