NMI is hiring an HR Generalist to serve as the face of its People function in South Africa, supporting workplace culture, employee engagement, employee relations, HR administration, compliance with South African employment legislation, training, and local policies. The role requires a bachelor's degree in human resources, labour law, or a related field, 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, CCMA representation experience, and experience supporting managers in a global or multinational organization. The position offers a salary of R600,000–R800,000, health insurance, and other benefits.
