Pearl Talent is recruiting for its Series B behavioral health client, a U.S.-based outpatient mental health organization, seeking a remote HR Generalist in Latin America. The role supports high-volume onboarding of about 40 hires monthly, maintains employee records and HRIS data integrity, responds to a shared people operations inbox, assists with credentialing-related onboarding, and supports data cleanup, audits, automation, and process documentation. Candidates need 2–4 years of relevant HR experience, admin-level HRIS expertise, hands-on onboarding experience, strong English writing skills, and availability during full U.S. business hours.
