Description
SpaceX is hiring an HR Generalist to support a small client group of 150–200 employees. The role partners with HR business partners and coordinators, implements HR policies and processes, responds to employee inquiries, supports transfers, promotions, exits, and retention, advises on employee relations and performance management, leads HR projects, and trains new HR team members. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and either 6+ months as a SpaceX HR Coordinator or 1+ years of professional human resources experience. It is based in Hawthorne, California, requires relocation if the applicant is not already local, and requires extended hours and weekends when needed. The stated base salary is $70,000–$90,000 per year, with medical, vision, dental, retirement, disability, life insurance, paid leave, and other benefits.
