Description
Spire is hiring an HR Generalist to join its Global HR team in Munich and support employees and managers across Germany and Luxembourg, with additional HR operations work across the UK and EMEA as needed. The role owns the employee lifecycle, benefits, leave, HR systems, payroll coordination, compliance, documentation, audits, and process improvement, while serving as a first point of contact for routine employee and manager queries. It requires 3–5 years of HR Generalist or People Operations experience, German and English proficiency, and familiarity with German employment practices; the position follows a hybrid model requiring at least three office days per week.
