TAROX AG is hiring an HR Generalist to support employees and managers across the employee life cycle, including onboarding and offboarding, personnel-file maintenance, recruiting, HR administration, employee inquiries, HR-system data, payroll and time-management support, and HR-process improvement. The role requires commercial training or a comparable qualification, first professional HR experience, strong people skills, reliability, and MS Office proficiency; HR-system experience is preferred. The position offers onboarding, training, a partly remote work arrangement after onboarding, pension subsidies, and JobRad leasing.
