Description
TaskUs is hiring an HR Generalist to manage employee and labor relations, including NTE review and validation, initial investigations and administrative hearings, DOLE cases, data management, stakeholder advising, focus-group discussions, policy roadshows, and employee grievances. The role requires at least two years of experience, preferably in BPO generalist or supervisory work, strong employee/labor relations and analytical skills, independent work ability, and willingness to work on-site on a night shift or rotating schedule.
