Description
The Human Resources Generalist will lead the HR function for a growing manufacturing company, covering recruiting, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, performance management, training, and process improvement. The role will establish standard operating procedures, improve employee records and reporting, advise managers, and support workforce planning while modernizing HR practices. The position requires at least five years of progressive human resources experience, preferably in manufacturing, along with knowledge of employment law, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive organizational change.
