Open Technology Solutions is hiring an HR Generalist through Switchboard for a 6-month, full-time W-2 contract. The role covers project work, annual performance reviews, manager coaching, compensation benchmarking, job description updates, training, employee relations, performance management, new hires, terminations, claims, policy updates, and employee engagement. The position is based in Englewood, Colorado, with a preferred hybrid schedule of 2–3 days in the office; remote work may be considered for a qualified candidate. Compensation is $40–$50 per hour, and the role is not benefits or PTO eligible.
