Microsoft AI is hiring an HR Generalist to support recruiting, onboarding, internal mobility, workforce growth, employee experience, and people initiatives across the EMEA region. The role partners with HR Business Partners, Recruiting, and HR Centers of Excellence, advises leaders on organizational change, and uses workforce data to support business decisions. It is based in London with three days per week in the office and requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, plus experience in agile, high-growth organizations. The typical base pay range is £70,300 to £133,900 per year.
