The HR Generalist will provide full-cycle human resources support for the MSNOW business, partnering with employees, business leaders, and HR teams across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include staffing, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, compensation and bonus planning, reporting, analytics, employee engagement, employee relations, coaching, policy application, and recruitment support.
