The HR Generalist will provide full-cycle human resources support for the MSNOW business, partnering with employees, business leaders, and HR teams across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include staffing, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, compensation and bonus planning, employee engagement, employee relations, recruitment support, career development, and cross-functional HR initiatives. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of relevant HR experience, is hybrid with at least three office days per week, and offers a salary of $77,000 to $83,000 plus company-sponsored benefits.
