OnLogic is hiring an HR Generalist to support and further professionalize its European team in Oosterhout. The role manages HR administration and systems, advises managers and employees on HR matters, oversees onboarding, offboarding and exit interviews, coordinates with the global HR team in the United States, leads absence management and reintegration under Dutch law, supports recruitment, and drives employee-experience and process improvements. The position requires at least five years of generalist HR experience, Dutch and English fluency, knowledge of HR best practices and relevant legislation, and preferably experience with HRIS/ATS systems and their implementation.
