Description
The HR Generalist will independently process payroll for a defined group of employees and provide comprehensive support to employees and managers on HR matters. The role covers the full employment lifecycle, employee master data, employment contracts, personnel measures, wage tax, social security, supplementary insurance, external authority coordination, reporting, Works Council cooperation, and annual financial statement support. Candidates need commercial training, several years of generalist HR experience, knowledge of labor and social security law, Works Council experience, HR management and time-management system expertise, and strong MS Office skills. Compensation is based on TVöD, with additional annual special payment, performance-based compensation, vacation, training, and other benefits.
