PARA Consulting is looking for an HR Generalist/Payroll Specialist to join their BPO service delivery team. This role involves managing daily HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, and payroll processing for clients. The specialist will serve as the primary HR and payroll contact, ensuring compliance, handling employee documentation, and providing excellent customer service.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Required Previous Experiences: 3–5 years of experience
Experience working with HRIS or payroll systems (Rippling, ADP, Paychex, Gusto, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting multi-state payroll in the U.S.
Knowledge of benefits admin processes (open enrollment, qualifying life events).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
Comfort working with checklists, documentation libraries, and SOPs.
