The role covers requirements gathering, system configuration and support, testing, troubleshooting, reporting, process improvement, and stakeholder and vendor collaboration. It requires 2–4 years of HRIS or related experience, preferably with Workday, along with analytical, project management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. The position is hybrid, with an average of two days per week in an HPE office, and offers an annual base salary of PLN 70,500–139,900 in Poland.
