Description
The HR Intern will support the HR team with employee documentation, document flow, HR and payroll system updates, benefits administration, reporting, civil-law-contract settlements, absence documentation, and other administrative tasks. The role requires student status, strong organization and attention to detail, MS Office and Excel skills, and at least B2 English; labour-law knowledge and familiarity with HR and payroll systems are preferred. It is a paid internship on a civil-law contract with training, flexible hours adjusted to the university schedule, and participation in the international Academy programme.
