Foundational is hiring an HR Lead in London for a full-time, on-site role. The position owns end-to-end recruitment for engineering, commercial, and operations roles, including sourcing niche technical candidates, managing applicant tracking systems and pipelines, designing interview processes, maintaining a talent pool, and shaping employer branding and onboarding. The role requires in-house or agency recruitment experience for technical roles, strong sourcing and organisational skills, and confidence advising founders and hiring managers.
