TriNet is hiring a Director, Transformation to lead a sub-stream transformation within a Value Stream, own execution and prioritization, allocate funding and resources, resolve cross-initiative blockers, drive adoption of new ways of working, and influence shared resources and matrixed teams. The role requires complex transformation execution, cross-functional influence, governance, customer focus, analytical decision-making, and global competence. It is based in Atlanta, Georgia, with quarterly on-site work and possible monthly on-site work in year one; qualified internal candidates may be considered for remote hire. The salary range is $125,000 to $250,000, with potential bonuses and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
