Framna is hiring an HR Officer for its People & Culture team in Zwolle or Amsterdam. The role handles the complete employee journey, including personnel files, onboarding and offboarding, employee changes, HR-system administration, data quality, and operational HR procedures. The position is part-time, 16–24 hours per week, with flexible scheduling, and offers a gross monthly salary of €2,600–€4,600 depending on experience, along with pension, vacation, commuting, home-work, and equipment benefits.
