CME Group is hiring an HR Operations Analyst 3640 to provide Tier-1 HR service delivery, resolve AskHR tickets, maintain Workday HCM data integrity, support HR Centers of Excellence, conduct system testing, and analyze service metrics. The role requires at least three years of HR operations, HRIS administration, or Tier-1 HR service delivery experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, and proficiency with Workday, JIRA, and related HR systems. The pay range is $26.34 to $43.94, with an annual target bonus and equity opportunity.
