ZeroFox is hiring a Baltimore-based HR Operations/Payroll leader to support a transforming global People team across the US, Chile, India, the UK, and EOR countries. The role splits time between payroll and broader HR operations, including global benefits administration, compliance program management, HRIS ownership and implementation, leave management, vendor coordination, and employee expense processing, with close collaboration across People Ops, Accounting, HRBP, and international specialists.
