Hemfrid is hiring an HR Operations Manager in Stockholm to provide strategic and operational leadership across traditional HR processes, including management support, negotiations, pay equity analysis, salary reviews, and overall HR process ownership. The role is part of the HR Business Partner team and includes personnel responsibility for three employees. Candidates should have several years of experience in HR business partnering or a similar senior HR role, experience with personnel responsibility and union matters, and post-secondary education in HR or an equivalent qualification.
