Description
Intuitive is hiring an HR Partner to provide high-touch, client-facing support to Centers of Expertise and HR Business Leaders. The role partners with business leaders and employees, resolves complex HR issues, supports recurring HR programs and projects, coaches managers and senior leaders, develops talent and performance programs, and serves as a local HR representative for large employee populations. The position requires at least eight years of client-facing HR experience, eight years of HR or COE experience, five years in a global distributed environment, project management and organizational transformation experience, and fluency in English and Spanish; second-shift availability is required.
