The HR Partner supports Amazon's People eXperience and Technology operations by executing standard HR work, providing frontline employee support, monitoring engagement and feedback channels, coaching frontline leaders, and using HR data and technologies to improve employee experience. The role is onsite at an Amazon facility in Revere, Massachusetts, and requires HR or equivalent experience, basic Microsoft Office skills, and effective communication. The base salary is $51,300 to $89,800 annually, with additional compensation and benefits.
