Description
Intuitive is hiring an HR Partner to provide high-touch, client-facing support to Centers of Expertise and HR Business Leaders. The role partners with business leaders and employees, resolves complex HR issues, supports recurring HR programs and projects, coaches managers and senior leaders, develops talent and performance programs, monitors HR program performance, and escalates issues to People Services and COEs. The position requires at least 8 years of client-facing HR experience, 8 years in HR or a COE role, 5 years in a global and distributed work environment, project management and organization transformation experience, and professional fluency in English and Spanish.
