Munkfors Municipality is hiring an HR Partner to support managers and employees across employment law, work environment, rehabilitation, recruitment, skills development, and HR systems. The role includes developing procedures and policies, delivering training, contributing to employee-focused activities, and participating in internal and external meetings. It is a permanent full-time position starting by agreement, with a university degree in Human Resources and Organization or a relevant field and several years of HR experience desirable, preferably in public administration.
