Sysco is recruiting an HR Partner to support site leadership teams and managers across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, talent development, engagement, performance management, and organisational change. The role provides coaching, guidance, and challenge; uses people data to inform decisions; and supports retention, attendance, and engagement initiatives. It requires regular presence at the Grantham, Lincolnshire office, with flexible hybrid working, and offers a £5,500 annual car/travel allowance plus medical, pension, wellbeing, and other benefits.
