Description
Ascom is hiring an HR Partner France to serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers across France and Spain. The role advises managers on employee relations, performance, absences, and day-to-day HR matters; supports the employee lifecycle, talent management, workforce planning, recruitment, compliance with French employment law, HR metrics, and regional and global HR projects. The position requires a degree in human resources or a related field, several years of relevant HR experience, strong knowledge of French employment law, fluent French and English, and the ability to work independently in an international environment.
