Description
Ascom is hiring an experienced HR Partner to support its business in the Netherlands. The role advises managers and employees on employee relations, talent management, organisational development, engagement, change initiatives, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and offboarding; ensures compliance with Dutch labour legislation; and builds relationships with the Works Council and other stakeholders. It is a full-time, one-year position with a preferred start date of 1 October, subject to the CAO Metaal & Techniek for Installation Companies.
