Description
STMicroelectronics is seeking a Senior HR Partner to serve as the generalist HR point of contact for managers and employees across the South EMEA cluster, including Tunisia, Egypt, and Turkey. The role covers the full employee lifecycle, employee relations coaching, engagement initiatives, HR policy and labor-law compliance, end-to-end talent acquisition, campus sourcing, and local learning and development. Candidates need a master’s degree in human resources, organizational psychology, or an equivalent field, at least eight years of progressive HR experience with strong HR business partnering expertise, and fluency in English and French.
