Captech is hiring a full-time HR Partner with payroll expertise in Mölndal to support the HR function operationally. The role provides day-to-day HR support, guides managers and employees on employment law, leads union negotiations, manages HR master data, supports payroll administration, leads HR projects, and develops HR processes. Candidates need at least five years of broad HR experience, at least two years of payroll administration experience, strong Swedish and English communication, and preferably experience in warehousing, retail, or process-driven companies, Flex HRM, and presentation or training delivery. The position starts as soon as possible, has a probationary period, and offers a fixed monthly salary, wellness allowance, gym access, and massage through gross salary deduction.
