The People Services Operations Specialist will support the Employee Lifecycle, Employee Master Data Management, and Offboarding processes for STMicroelectronics in Greater Noida. The role handles employee inquiries, HR process assistance, record maintenance, training, SLA monitoring, process-improvement initiatives, compliance, reporting, and employee engagement activities. It requires 7–8 years of HR Services operations experience, including ELC, EDA, offboarding, HCM systems, ServiceNow, stakeholder collaboration, and employee engagement.
