Meres is hiring a flexible, project-based HR process consultant to translate client questions into process and HR2day solutions, guide optimization projects from analysis through implementation, advise on efficient and future-proof HR processes, and contribute ideas for improvements. The role requires a higher professional education, at least three years of relevant experience, project-management ability, and experience with HR2day or another HRM or ERP system. It offers a gross monthly salary of €4,250–€6,250, hybrid work, development opportunities, and other benefits.
