The HR Recruiter supports all personnel-related tasks from recruiting through employee development, ensures compliance with employment law and company policies, participates in HR process optimization projects, conducts interviews, resolves conflicts, organizes training, and supports management with HR strategy. The role requires HR education or comparable training, several years of professional HR experience, knowledge of employment law and HR software, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. It offers a salary of €45,000 to €50,000 per year, flexible working hours, and hybrid work.
