Fathom is seeking a recruiting and staffing professional to research, develop, and implement recruitment strategies; manage the full hiring process from job description development and application screening through interviews, offers, and compliance; and collaborate with hiring managers and human resources staff. The role requires a high school or equivalent education, a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, and at least five years of recruitment and hiring experience, with strong communication, sourcing, negotiation, time-management, and applicant-tracking software skills.
