BAUHAUS is hiring an HR Reference / Training Development Specialist to develop internal training and qualification measures for colleagues in BAUHAUS specialty centers and the Service Center Germany. The role identifies training needs, creates targeted learning offerings, supports specialist trainers, and independently conducts webinars and in-person training sessions. It requires retail or building-materials/DIY experience, strong communication and knowledge-transfer skills, very good German, and willingness to travel for nationwide assignments while working alternately remotely and on-site in Mannheim.
