DHL Supply Chain is hiring an HR Representative to support the third shift from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., Sunday through Thursday, providing customer service and strategic HR advice to business leaders at distribution centers and regional offices. The role covers employee relations, engagement, investigations, compliance, training, staffing, succession planning, compensation and benefits, performance management, and HRMS data administration. A bachelor's degree or equivalent four years of experience is required, while HR knowledge, certifications, labor-law knowledge, conflict resolution, investigations, data analytics, training facilitation, and onboarding experience are preferred.
