The role covers employee relations, engagement, compliance, investigations, training, staffing, succession planning, compensation and benefits, performance management, and HRMS administration. A bachelor's degree or equivalent four years of experience is required, while HR knowledge, certifications, labor-law knowledge, conflict resolution, investigations, data analytics, training facilitation, and onboarding experience are preferred. The national salary range is $55,000 to $90,000, with regional ranges provided for California, Washington, New York, and Colorado, along with medical, dental, vision, prescription, stock purchase, and paid time off benefits.
