The role covers employee relations, engagement, compliance, investigations, training, staffing, succession planning, performance management, and HRMS administration, with a required Friday–Monday 10 a.m.–8 p.m. shift. A bachelor's degree or equivalent four years of experience is required, while HR knowledge, certifications, labor-law knowledge, conflict resolution, investigations, data analytics, training facilitation, and onboarding experience are preferred.
