DHL Supply Chain is hiring HR Representatives to provide customer service and strategic HR support to business leaders at distribution centers and regional offices. The role covers employee relations, engagement, compliance, investigations, training, staffing, succession planning, performance management, and HRMS administration. A bachelor's degree or equivalent four years of experience is required, while HR knowledge, certifications, labor-law knowledge, conflict resolution, investigations, data analytics, training facilitation, and onboarding experience are preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 12:00–9:00, with a national salary range of $55,000–$90,000 and medical, dental, vision, prescription, stock purchase, and paid time off benefits.
