Tilson is hiring a full-time Human Resources Representative / Recruiting Specialist to support full-cycle recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, benefits communication, HR records, compliance, OSHA reporting, workers’ compensation, and general HR administration. The role requires 1–2 years of HR experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, strong communication and organizational skills, and may involve travel to company locations within the state.
