Description
The Senior HR Manager / People Care & Talent Acquisition will serve as the primary HR partner for assigned business units across Latin America, focusing on employee experience, people operations, engagement, performance management, workforce planning, and compliance. The role also manages end-to-end recruitment for technical and corporate positions, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least five years of relevant HR experience, three years of full-cycle recruitment experience, advanced or native English proficiency, and experience with multinational, remote, and distributed teams. The position is 100% remote, with Mexico and Uruguay work schedules.
