Description
The HR Shared Services Specialist executes employee lifecycle transactions in HiBob and other HRIS platforms, including onboarding, contract changes, transfers, promotions, terminations, and related data updates. The role maintains 99%+ data accuracy, manages workflows and SLAs, coordinates with HR Business Partners and regional teams, supports payroll cut-off processing, and ensures compliance with global governance and local labour regulations. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least two years of HR operations, HR administration, or HRIS data-entry experience.
